A Better Way to Reform Health Care

I'll paraphrase their very simple proposal:

1. Eliminate tax code bias of health insurance over out-of-pocket expenses
   
2. Remove state barrier on health insurance and services
3. Tort reform
   

The idea is... you pay for your own stuff, then you'll shop around.
Like I said... simple.
